Reclaimed Wool River Birch Table Runner
This delightful project is inspired by life here in the Windlewood. I originally created this woolen assemblage for a dear art collector and due to the complexity of pattern, detail and design, decided to make 2 more available.
This large table runner is created from 100% reclaimed and upcycled wool and Cashmere. Each element is hand created.
In my signature way I've combined primitive and polished details using raw edges and lovely silvery stitches. Each leaf is hand cut, placed and stitched in layers to create a gentle natural appearance. All elements are crafted and mounted on a cotton quilted core. This table art piece is fully lined in cotton and signed by the artist which includes a petite red wool folk art heart.
Limited edition of 3.
The size is created in consideration of leaving in place making room for place settings to become a part of your dinner decor.
Recommended care is to spot dry clean only.
Measures approximately: 55" long, 18" at the widest part and 8 1/2" at the narrowest.
